It´s up to you. Mit up2code
The stereotype is that programming is only for "nerds".
We say: Everyone has what it takes to code. You too. Or your team. Whether it's employees of large companies, start-ups, freelancers or EPUs: we teach the basics of programming "hands on" - i.e. with strong practical relevance and tailored to company-specific use cases.
The result: Technologies are understood thoroughly. They can be applied directly for your own business and developed further by your teams.

We offer IT training on a wide range of programming languages and use cases from beginner to expert level.
We accompany you in the daily work to identify potential for improvement and work on individual problem solutions.
Every IT product is different. Together we define the right digital solution and implement it with state-of-the-art technologies.
This hands-on introduction is ideal for non-developer teams and executives. Python is considered easy to learn and offers a broad range of applications.
ReactJS is one of the most popular modern frontend frameworks. In this course, participants learn how to create interactive frontends with this technology.
For this course, the basics are not enough. We look at every step from server programming, and APIs to frontend development.
In this training we show how business processes can be automated - without having to write a line of code.
What if you didn't have to be a software developer to build a professional website that convinces customers and is search engine optimized?
Blockchain, NFTs and smart contracts are buzzwords found everywhere. In our course, we teach the basics of this technology and work on practical application examples.
Don't choose between IOS or Android - Flutter allows you to create native apps that work for all platforms.
Using web scraping, data is collected and processed automatically. This can increase the efficiency of teams significantly.
Larissa Mikolaschek.
The woman behind up2code
Not that Larissa wants to "revolutionise" the IT industry completely - but more female expertise is a good idea in this field as well. Larissa has a bachelor's degree in mathematics, a master's degree in computer science and years of experience as a software engineer in companies and on a self-employed basis. She also works as a strategy developer and consultant for companies.
As an " intermediary between the techies and the rest of the world", she translates complex issues in a way that they can also be understood by people who are not familiar with technology. Hence also her commitment to more women in IT - for example with voluntary programming courses for female teens. Coding and teaching are in Larissa's DNA - just as they are for her team of experienced instructors.
The best way to learn programming is to do it yourself. That's why we keep the theory to a minimum and let you start coding right away. Of course, our experienced trainers are always there to help and advise.
We solve concrete challenges of your teams by coding and enable team members to create and develop such solutions on their own.
In doing so, we rely on "hands-on"-learning. After teaching the necessary theory, we go directly to practical projects - preferably tailored directly to the company's use case.
Learn

In short lessons, we cover the most important basics - in a concise and understandable way.
In exercise sessions in small groups, the learned skills can be put into practice immediately and questions can be addressed individually.
What do you want to use the newly learned technology for? We jump straight into the practical application.
In our extensive teaching material you will find everything you have learned, as well as additional information and exercises - compact and easy to understand.

Larissa has been volunteering at the Hacker School as an Inspiress since 2020 and inspires children and young people to learn programming. She receives consistently positive feedback in the courses. We thank her very much for this and are looking forward to our future collaboration. #hacktheworldabetterplace
Eva Drechsler-Györkös,
Hacker School gGmbH
Larissa developed one of our software products according to our specifications and responded flexibly to our wishes. We were very satisfied with the result. Cumbersome coordination of different service providers was eliminated through conception, design and development from a single source.
Ulrich Gallersdörfer,
CCRI GmbH
Larissa has been supporting us in recruiting processes with competence and empathy for months. She is the perfect intermediary between potential new developers and our team. We can rely 100% on her expertise and intuition.
